Step by step
- 1Tap the verification prompt in the app.
- 2Re-upload your passport photo page: flat on dark surface, no glare, all corners visible.
- 3Submit and wait. Verification usually completes in minutes.
- 4Do not attempt payments while verification is pending.
- 5If it fails: try a different lighting setup (indirect daylight is most reliable), and make sure the name matches your linked card exactly.
