Why this happens
The name on your bank card doesn't match the name on your passport exactly. This is one of the most common and most overlooked failure points — middle names, name order, and spacing all matter.
How to fix it

Compare the card name and passport name character by character, including middle names and spaces.

Alipay/WeChat compare against the passport you uploaded for verification. If your card prints 'JOHN A SMITH' but your passport says 'John Alan Smith', that's a mismatch.

Re-link the card entering the name exactly as printed on the card (including abbreviations).

If the card name can't be made to match (e.g. card uses initials), use a different card whose name matches your passport fully.
